NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Tioga will hold a public hearing to consider the below listed request(s) on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. and the City Council for the City of Tioga will hold a public hearing to consider the below listed request(s) on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Both meetings will be at the Tioga Fire Department Meeting Room, 601 Main Street, Tioga, Texas 76271.
PUBLIC HEARING-ZONE CHANGE REQUEST
To consider a zone change request from A (Agricultural) to PD (Planned Development) zoning for 208.48 acres generally located on the south side of FM 121 on several tracts of land (Grayson County Appraisal District property ID 131505, 209298, 209295, and part of 209309). All interested parties are encouraged to provide written comments prior to the commencement of the meeting or speak at the public hearing.
